Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under these conditions:
 Defective or damaged product
 Wrong item or size received

 Non-returnable: Sale/discounted items, customized products, or orders without an unboxing video.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via Email/WhatsApp.

  2. Provide:

    • Order details

    • Unedited unboxing video (required for approval)

  3. If approved, ship the item back to us (customer covers return shipping).

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only once per order (subject to availability).

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and with tags intact.

  • Exchange is processed only after we receive and approve the returned item.

Note: Return shipping may take 3–20 days to reach us.
