Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

• Some specialty/custom items may have longer processing times (will be noted in product description)

Domestic Shipping (India)

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after dispatch

• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days after dispatch (available at checkout)

• Remote Areas: May experience additional 2-3 day delay

Shipping Rates

• Free standard shipping on orders over ₹999

• Flat ₹99 shipping fee for orders below ₹999

• Express shipping available for ₹149 (regardless of order value)

Delivery Information

• We ship via trusted carriers (Delhivery, DTDC, etc.)

• You'll receive tracking information via email/SMS once shipped

• Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
